1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ganga application and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Ganga is operated by Ganga ("we," "our," or "us"), based in Austin, Texas.

2. Description of Service

Ganga is a food and drink deals discovery platform that aggregates deals, specials, and promotions from restaurants, bars, food trucks, and other food & beverage businesses. The Service includes:

• Browsing, searching, and filtering food & drink deals
• AI-powered deal recommendations ("Cupon Intelligence")
• Deal claiming with promotional codes
• Flash deals with limited-time availability
• Business analytics dashboard for partner businesses
• Deal rating and feedback

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Deals & Promotions

• No Guarantee: Deals displayed on Ganga are provided by third-party businesses. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that any deal will be honored, available, or accurate at the time of redemption.
• Business Responsibility: Individual businesses are solely responsible for fulfilling their deals and promotions. Ganga acts as a discovery and attribution platform, not a party to the transaction between you and the business.
• Promo Codes: Promotional codes generated through Ganga are for personal use only. Codes may not be resold, duplicated, or shared for commercial purposes.
• Expiration: Deals may expire or be modified by businesses at any time without notice.

5. AI Features

Our AI concierge ("Cupon Intelligence") provides deal recommendations based on your preferences and available deals. AI responses are informational and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Always verify deal details with the business before visiting. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations.

6. Business Users

If you use Ganga as a business to submit deals or access the business dashboard:

• You represent that you have authority to submit deals on behalf of your business.
• You agree that submitted deals are accurate and that your business will honor them.
• Dashboard analytics are based on aggregated, anonymous user data and are provided for informational purposes only.
• Boosted deal placements are subject to availability and separate commercial terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent deals or reviews
• Impersonate another person or business
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Abuse the deal claiming system (e.g., mass claiming, bot activity)
• Circumvent any security features or access restrictions

8. Intellectual Property

The Ganga name, logo, design, and all original content are the property of Ganga. Deal information, business names, and logos belong to their respective owners. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GANGA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (IF ANY). THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ganga and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
